At Mileee Cuisine, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and, once received, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
